Verona & Milan

Day 9 takes us to Verona (~70 miles), the home of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I'll no longer be a Capulet.

Then on to Milan ( Milan weather) for another 112 mile drive. During a walking tour in Milan  a local specialist will show us the La Scala Opera house
and the Galleria .


 Dinner will be served at the Hotel Simplon    where we stay for 2 nights.
